3. This passage reminds us that by our faith in Jesus, we have been united with Him in His death.  What all does this mean? What all does this mean for you personally?

4. This passage also reminds us that by our faith in Jesus, we have been united with Him in His resurrection.  What all does this mean? What all does this mean for you personally? 

5. What do you think it looks like for us to "walk in newness of life" or to "consider ourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus"?

6. On Sunday, for those already baptized, we were given the opportunity to both remember and "re-affirm" our baptism.  How does that sort of practice, and/or practicing communion, or other spiritual practices, help us to keep going in the newness of life we have in Jesus?
