Faith promises
In John 3:17 Jesus says, "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” and in John 20:21, Jesus says to His followers, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.” God sent His Son, and now His Son sends us! We are His people, filled with His Spirit, and we are sent into this world to carry on the mission of Christ: to display God’s great love and to call all to saving faith in His Son, Jesus Christ.

One way that we get to do this at Grace Church is through Faith Promises. Faith Promises are how we provide financial support to our missionary friends both locally and around the world. And in doing so, God enables us to partner with Him in carrying out His mission to places, left to ourselves, we can't always get to or in ways we aren't always able...but our friends can!

This is how the entire missions’ ministry at Grace goes forth. Funding our missions does not come out of our general operating budget, but rather from each of us prayerfully considering how much God would have us pledge to give in support of His Kingdom work. Based upon these pledges, or Faith Promises, we then are able to commit our support to our missionary partners. We collect these pledges yearly via our Faith Promise cards, and those can be found at the Welcome Center in the church lobby. Contributions toward your pledge may be made with your tithe checks by indicating the amount and faith Promise or FP in the memo.
