1. As you read through the passage in Zephaniah, make a note or write down all the ways you notice God acting in love.  What does this reveal to you about God's love for you and His people? ​

2. In vs 17, we read "The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing." In what ways does God's love "quiet" you?  (Other translations use "renew" you)

3. Phil talked this past Sunday about how Jesus is love incarnate; "love with skin on." Read John 1.  How do you see Jesus as being "love with skin on" in this passage? ​

4. Read 1 John 3:16-18.  How can you be "love with skin on" to those around you (home, work, church, school, community, etc.)?
